Privacy policy

This policy explains how Kaarslab (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit chiodsipho.hair, contact us, or book a workshop. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch law. The Dutch supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP).

Data we process

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a limited follow-up period (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer period is required for bookkeeping or legal claims. Cookie choices remain in your browser until you clear storage or change them.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Service providers that help host email or the website may process data on our instructions under GDPR-compliant agreements. OpenStreetMap map tiles may load when you view an embedded map.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
